On July the 9th, 2013,  the CSP Shareholders met and  appointed the new Board of Directors and the renewed Board of Auditors.

In particular, the Board of Directors is now composed by:

• Giovanni Ferrero, Chairman of the Board of Directors, indicated by the Università degli Studi di Torino,
• Giuseppe Colace as Vice- Chairman of the Board of Directors, indicated by the Piemonte Regional Government,
• Salvatore Fiorino as Board of Director  member, indicated by the Piemonte Regional Government,
• Michela Meo, as Board of Director  member, indicated by the Politecnico di Torino;
• Cristina Bonino, as Board of Director  member, indicated by the Unione Industriale and Sisvel.
