Submitted by admin on Thu, 14/10/2010 - 12:10CSP forges international relationships and takes part in European projects with the aim of interfacing with the main trends in research and technology transfer on an international level. This enables the organisation to contribute good practices, an innovative approach and new opportunities to the processes of innovation, competitivity and development in the Piedmont region.
The current projects cofinanced by the European Union are:
- SMARD- Support Framework on networked Media R&D for SMEs, funded under the VII Framework Programme [www.smard-project.eu]
- DE-LAN - Digital Ecosystems Learning Applications Network [http://www.de-lan.eu] and BOO-GAMES - Boosting European Games Industry, both part of the Interreg IVc programme,
-
MEDEA2020 -Media and Learning: Exploiting European Know-How, part of the Life Long Learning programme [www.medea2020.eu],
OPEN-ALPS - Open Innovation in Alpine Sme, funded under the crossborder cooperation programme Alpin Space [http://www.open-alps.eu/]
In recent years the organisation’s network of international relations has widened considerably, and it now takes in dozens of bodies and institutions in more than ten European countries. Some of these links have been consolidated with collaboration agreements, as with MFG, or membership of associations such as EICI.
CSP is also part of international networks, for example acting as contact point for the MEDEA AWARD organised by ATiT, or underwriting shared papers with like-minded organisations, such as the GHENT DECLARATION on the need for new policies on innovation.
Completed projects include SVEA, CReATE, FOCUS, INTEGRA, EGOVMONET, PEARDROP, UNDERSTAND.
