Organized at the Tecnogranda in Dronero, Cuneo, the seminar “Tools for the implementation of the EU Directive on the sustainable use of plant protection products in Piedmont ” is taking place on June the 16th, 2014. It is dealing with the regulations for the pesticide use in agriculture, including the role of ICT allowing to limit their use within a strategic monitoring system and the paradigm of “precision farming”. CSP presents its experiences in the precision agriculture domain. The event is supported by the EU project OpenAlps.
